  PRODUCT RETURN INFORMATION AND FORM

Please note that each individual manufacturer holds all product warranties.  We will replace (or at our discretion exchange the defective product) any product that is defective if returned within 20 days from the date of purchase.  If we are out of stock of that item, we will have the manufacturer replace it directly.  We gladly stand behind all of the products that we sell; therefore we strive to make returns as simple as possible.  If you wish to return product please follow these 3 simple steps:

 

 1) Send a fax to (561) 892 0712 or email this form to info@attf.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

 2) Return number will be given by Fax or email. Write the Return Authorization Number on the Invoice.
              

                   Without these documents we cannot issue a return or credit

 3) If purchased by Credit Card, write the Number and Expiration on the invoice, the same card used during the
    purchase.  For your privacy the credit card information is automatically deleted from the system within 2 days

               

Any package received without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be refused.
 Am Products  WILL NOT ISSUE CREDIT ON ANY EQUIPMENT MADE ON SPECIAL ORDER 
OR THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED, USED OR RETURNED IN A NON RE-SALEABLE CONDITION.

·        Returns will be accepted for up to 20 days from the date of the invoice.  

·        Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance of the product to our warehouse.  In order to track your return, please ship via UPS, FEDEX, AIRBORNE or DHL  

·        Freight will not be refunded unless there was a shipping error made by Am Products

·        Returns will be forwarded to the manufacturer for warranty purposes.

·        All returns are subject to a restocking charge of a minimum of 30 % of the invoice value. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, we will not issue refunds for items damaged on the return shipment.  Software can not be returned, See the software license agreement from the producer.

·        All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original non damaged packaging including all original hardware and instructions.  Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund.
