Satisfaction. All the products are tested before they leave the warehouse to ensure you will obtain the satisfaction you deserve when you open the box. If you're unhappy with any purchase, for any reason, you can return it within 10 days for exchange or refund.
License fees, software setup, restocking, shipping and handling charges may apply according to the nature of the merchandise

Items ship directly from individual stores. To ensure proper exchanges and credits, items should be returned to the stores from which they shipped.

To make a return:

• Each store will provide specific return instructions with the item. Be sure to save all packing slips and other material such as original packing, instruction and documentation.
• Check the packing slip for a return address and procedures.
• Obtain a return authorization number, if necessary, by sending an email to info@attf.com or calling the store directly at the number provided on the packing slip. No returns on software licenses from Microsoft or IBM, such as databases, utilities, etc.
• Ship all items postage paid and insured. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, except when the item is defective.
• If you are exchanging the item for another item, you may conduct this change with the store, following their instructions.
• Software on CD-ROM or downloaded will be registered, any return is subject to a 30% minimum license and setup fee charge
• If you are returning the item, the store will instruct AM Products to credit your credit card once your return has been received.
