Privacy. Your personal information is kept private. We'll collect only the information we need to serve you, we'll store it securely, and we won't share it without your permission. 

Security. Your online transactions are secure. We use industry-standard technology to ensure safe transactions, and we'll ensure your purchases are risk-free. Credit card information is deleted automatically after 30 days from the transaction.

Satisfaction. All the products are tested before they leave the warehouse to ensure you will obtain the satisfaction you deserve when you open the box. If you're unhappy with any purchase, for any reason, you can return it within 10 days for exchange or refund. A License fees, software fee, restocking, shipping and handling charges may apply according to the nature of the merchandise.

Items ship directly from individual stores. To ensure proper exchanges and credits, items should be returned to the stores from which they shipped. Licenses are registered with their producers such as Microsoft or IBM

To make a return:

• Each store and distributor will provide specific return instructions with the item. Be sure to save all packing slips and other material such as original packing, instruction and documentation.
• Check the packing slip for a return address and procedures.
• Obtain a return authorization number, if necessary, by sending an email to info@attf.com or calling the store directly at the number provided on the packing slip. Software licenses returns are subjected to a license fee of  30% of the original purchase price.
• Ship all items postage paid and insured, include a copy of the invoice. License fees, Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, except when the item is defective.
• If you are exchanging the item for another item, you may conduct this change with the store, following their instructions.
• Software on CD-ROM or downloaded with serial number will be registered, any return is subject to a license and setup fee charge
• If you are returning the item, the store will instruct AM Products to credit your credit card once your return has been received.
