  Add New button, so that a new piece of equipment can be entered at any time

The Edit button allowing to modify the data

The Delete button to erase the selected equipment

The Close Button will close the form

To lookup a particular equipment data, highlight or select it on the list and click on Edit.

PM Schedule  Enter the PM frequency

Graphic  Select pictures or photos 

Perform a PM Task  Update the PM
