Setup

 

1 - Accounts
, The designations of internal accounts for management or administrative purposes.

2 – Cost Center: Maintenance and repairs can be assigned to individual cost center if this module is used

3 - Employees: Enter employee data , such as identification, skills and salaries (required data)

4 - Location: The area where your equipment is installed, or for outside services the place or sector where your customer equipment is located. (required data)

5 - Note Library: Allows the user to select a particular note for a process, repair or security check that needs to perform routinely.

6 - Skill : skill codes and use those codes to set up your PM tasks, such as Electrician, mechanic, supervisor, engineer, etc.

7 - PM Task Library: Specific task that need to be executed during a preventive maintenance operation, for quality control, or equipment operation. (required data)

8 - Vendor: The information of you supplier of parts or equipment, this information is used to generate Purchase orders. Or verify inventory items.  (Required data for the inventory module)
