PM Schedule is used to create individual tasks for each piece of equipment. It is accessed in Procedure , 
select Equipment tab, highlight the equipment for which you want to create the PM schedule, Click on the PM Schedule tab.
Enter a description if necessary, select the Standard Procedure, 
Select the intended employee to be responsible for the task in Default Employee, 
In the Unit of Measure field scroll down and select your frequency .
In the Frequency field enter the number that correspond to the PM interval you require. 
Click on Save to register the operation. 

Preventive Maintenance Procedure Module PM Hard Copy Form   

Example of a typical printed form PM Hard Copy Form    Notes and Images tab allows to incorporate  Notes or pictures in the PM service order  for this particular piece of equipment.  Example:  if you selected Days and the frequency is 30 the PM report will show up this particular task every 30 days on the reports and Main screen.
