  • Add New button, add a new piece of equipment
  • Edit button allowing to modify the data  or lookup a particular equipment
  • Delete button to erase the selected equipment (NOTE)
  • Close button will close the form

PM Schedule  Enter the PM frequency

Graphic  Select pictures or photos 

Perform a PM Task  Update the PM

 

 

 





(NOTE)
 when deleting equipment make sure to delete 
the PM Schedule information first
